Public website privacy

Privacy notice

Effective date: 18 July 2026

This notice explains the narrow information boundary for the PLATO public website.

Scope

This notice covers the PLATO public website and non-confidential enquiries. Matter workspaces and pilot processing require separate written arrangements before records are transferred.

Information you provide

If you prepare or send an enquiry email, you may provide your name, organisation, role, contact details and non-confidential scoping information. The website does not submit that form data to PLATO; it prepares an email in your device's email application.

Website operations

Standard technical information may be processed by hosting and security services to deliver, protect and diagnose the website. The exact records and retention depend on the configured service environment.

How enquiry information is used

Enquiry information may be used to respond, assess pilot fit, arrange scoping and maintain an appropriate business record. It is not authority to receive or process matter documents.

Do not send matter material

Do not include party names, privileged communications, confidential facts, personal information, matter records or data-room exports in a public enquiry or ordinary email. A transfer path must be agreed separately.

Service providers and location

Website hosting, security and communication providers may process limited information on PLATO's behalf. Applicable provider, location, access and retention terms should be confirmed during a pilot security review where relevant.

Access and correction

You may contact PLATO to ask about personal information provided in an enquiry, or to request correction or deletion subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
