PLATO

Website terms

PLATO Website Terms

Effective date: 21 June 2026

These terms cover PLATO public pages, enquiries and synthetic samples. Scoping and document handling terms are separate.

Website and enquiry-only scope

The public website provides information and enquiry pathways only. It does not let you submit documents, buy a pack online or start document processing.

No advice or adviser relationship

Website use does not create a solicitor-client, adviser-client, fiduciary or investment advisory relationship. PLATO does not provide legal advice, fundraising advice, financial product advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice or corporate finance advice through this website.

Professional-user orientation

PLATO public pages are directed to founders, company teams, boards, lawyers, advisers and professional diligence users. The materials are not consumer legal services, investment recommendations or disclosure approval.

No confidential documents through public forms

Do not submit confidential company records, client materials, privileged material, personal information or data-room exports through public forms or ordinary email. Transfer arrangements must be agreed separately.

Separate matter processing terms

Any company-record review or data-room handling requires separate written scoping terms before documents are received.

Draft outputs require review

PLATO outputs are Investor Readiness Pack materials for review by your team and advisers before use in fundraising, investor communications, board papers, legal advice, transaction decisions or disclosure materials.

Legal material

Any legal references are not checked or approved as legal advice unless separately reviewed by a qualified lawyer under an agreed engagement.

AI and automation limitations

AI can help organise records, but it can misread, omit, duplicate or misclassify material. Outputs require human review.

Synthetic samples and indicative pricing

Public samples are synthetic demonstrations only and contain no client data. Indicative pricing is not a quote and depends on file volume, urgency, confidentiality needs, conversion complexity, review scope and delivery requirements.

User responsibilities and acceptable use

Users are responsible for providing accurate enquiry information, not submitting prohibited or confidential material through public forms, and not using the website to infringe rights, compromise security or bypass agreed handling controls.

Intellectual property

PLATO website content, product descriptions, sample structure and software-related materials remain owned by PLATO or its licensors. No rights are granted except to view the public website for ordinary evaluation.

Privacy and confidentiality summary

Public enquiry information may be used to assess suitability and respond to enquiries. Confidentiality, retention, access controls and processing arrangements for company records must be agreed separately before document transfer.

No warranties and liability

The website is provided on an informational basis without warranties except for non-excludable statutory rights. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise agreed in separate written terms.
